Will of John Ogborn of the ship HMS Preston 11 November 1743

I John Ogborn Saylor belonging to his majestys ship Preston being in perfect health and sound memory do make publish my last Will and Testament in the manner and form following Imprimis I give and bequeath unto Ann my sister the sum of twenty five pounds I also give and bequeath unto my Brother Samuel the sum of Twenty five pounds I also give and bequeath unto my Brother William the sum of 25 pounds I also give and bequeath unto my sister Elizabeth the sum of Twenty five pounds I also give and bequeath unto my Brother Thomas the sum of Twenty five pounds I also give and bequeath unto my Sister Mary the sum of Twenty five pounds I also give and bequeath unto my Cousin Mary Camber the Journals of my voyages the rest and residue of all my Goods and Chattels after my just debts and funeral expenses are discharged and paid I give and bequest unto my Brother Richard appointing him sole Executor of this my last will hereby revoking all other wills heretofor by me made witness my hand John Ogborn Signed sealed and published and declared to be the last Will and Testament of the said John Ogborn this eleventh day of November 1743
