Will of Frederick Ogbourne 1911

Wootton Bassett, Wilts

This is the last Will and Testament of me Frederick Ogborn of Wootton Bassett in the County of Wilts labourer. After paying all my just debts funeral and testimentary expenses out of my estate I give the residue thereof unto Frank Mundy and Frank Bartlett both of Wootton Bassett aforesaid Upon trust to divide the same equally amongst my children by my first wife following namely Stephen Charles Florence Ernest Sarah and William for their sole and separate use and benefit absolutely the lawful issue of either of my said children who may be dead to take their deceased parents part share and share alike And of this my Will I appoint the said Frank Mundy and Frank Bartlett to be the Trustees and Executors. In witness whereof I hereunto set my hand this sixth day of July one thousand nine hundred and nine

Signed and acknowledged by the said Frederick Ogborn the testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence and in the presence of each other hereunto subscribe our names as Witnesses the word “expenses” between the third and fourth lines of this page having been first underlined and the whole having been first read over to him in our presence and which he appeared to understand

On the 12th day of June 1911 Probate of this Will was granted at Salisbury to Frank Mundy and Frank Bartlett the Executors
