Beneficiaries under his will:
Son Richard aged under 21 all money and other assets.
If Richard doesn’t reach the age of 21 then in equal shares to
Sisters Elizabeth Jefferies Widow
Mary Webb Widow
Kinswoman Mary Bowes now living with me.
If any of them die before me their share shall go to their survivors.
Also I give Mary Bowes £10
Appoints John Tilsby and Peter Battes joint executors
